About Us

Welcome to Polar Bear Bites.  My name is Emilee Blanchard and I am the owner.  I have a husband and two daughters(Lily and Amelia).   My two candy sidekicks are Hannah and Ashley.  We work hard every day to make sure we have the best product around.  We use a freeze-dryer to turn traditional candy into a flavor sensation.  The freeze-drying process makes traditional candy crunchy and it intensifies the flavor.  We are an inspected facility licensed by the Mississippi Health Department.
